Scott is busy making MACRO exabyte tapes for US distribution.  Rumor
has the tapes include many hit singles and even maybe even some multiple hits.  
He has gone into a taping frenzy and no data is safe from his grasp.

---------------->        Spring Cleaning           <---------------------
Scott has also been sweeping out the MACROUSA directory on VAXGS::DISK$MACRO2
which had become egregiously cluttered.  He thanks the many who responded
promptly to his entreatries remove ancient files and reminds us that MACROUSA
is NOT an archive area.

---------------->   Doorways,  Passerellas and New Buildings    <----------
The passerellas are being adorned with some mighty fine fences so that even a
lascivious somnambulist could not suffer from defrenestration while waddling on
their sureal surfaces.  They are bound to please the safty inspector who is
coming and he probably won't notice if they vanished again after his passing. 
In addition human sized doorways have been carved into the humungoid red
doorways on Hall B which shall henceforth not be opened except on major
national holidays.  Externally speaking the laboratory expands tremendously.
Two prefab buildings have recently sprung up in back of the orginal building 
(spoiling the terminal room view) and 2 fantastic gaping holes are being
prepared for the foundations of 2 more large buildings.   Across the street a
high rise hotel is taking shape.
